Product Introduction:
The function of the fire-resistant ventilation grille is to allow free airflow between building components (walls, doors, ducts，It is typically installed in walls, ceilings, floors, or doors to provide a barrier ) at room temperature. In the event of a fire, Intumescent materials are often used in fire grills because they expand rapidly when heated, creating a protective barrier the grille expands under the influence of heat, preventing the spread of flames, smoke, and gases between buildings. The grille comes in two shapes: rectangular (FSVENTIL V) and circular (FSVENTIL VC).

The fire-resistant ventilation grille begins to react at 100-120°C; the grille closes rapidly (typically within 5 minutes, depending on the heat exposure); it is composed of a thermoplastic shell filled with FSBZ100 and FSBZ104; it is easy to install; and it is suitable for indoor applications only.

It is commonly used in fire doors, firewalls, and fire-rated partitions. The fire-resistant ventilation grille is available in various sizes and thicknesses to cater to all types of applications. The standard color is gray (other colors can be customized upon request). The standard spacing of the grille is 50mm (other sizes need to be confirmed and customized).
